By the way, that's UF cable coming out of the garage going to NM-B.
Standard romex connector that has been covered in 'putty' for weather protection where it enters the box...

| This is probably on a shed that is less than 1,000 square feet so I would think that in PA this would not be a problem at all according to our legislatures. LMAO.......... |

Actually it is on a detached garage but the garage is 1800+ square feet so it is covered under the UCC. I took photos and gave them to the AHJ in that town...
Sad thing, and I know for a fact, he did absolutely nothing about it....  |
