You know you are right. Maybe we can play with this a little. I tried cut and paste from Word and it is readable as long as the form is in paragraph style, I can't get pdf to copy. Perhaps the moderator can give us some guidance. I'll keep playing with it too. Let me know if you figure it out.

One way you can do it is to scan the document as a jpg file and save it.
You can then upload it for free to a web host like PhotoBucket: http://www.photobucket.com
Once you host it there, you can take the web address and post it here in the forum for either us to link to or for full display.
For example:

Or if you'd like you can scan the document and e-mail it to me and I will post it to my account at PhotoBucket for you. |
